Dream Cafe

Human wants are unlimited. Because there is a regular upgrade in materialistic things. As materialistic things are upgrading, our dreams are also upgrading. We all are running behind them and trying to get best of the best. Shah Rukh Khan says in one of his advertisements 'Jo haath lag jaye, woh kya large.' The moment we get or achieve the things we dream of, they become invaluable. They are not big enough or large anymore. After achieving those things we start aspiring for next level of matrialistic things & start running behind those things. This race towards materialism will never end. We will run this race till we die.

I am also a human being & like every human being my wants are also unlimited. My dreams are also upgrading with the time. I am also aspiring for bigger things. When I was studying I used to aspire to get a good job & now when I have a good job. I aspire to do business and grow more. I want to enter in food industry. I want to open a cafe. It will be a lively place for everyone. I want to open a cafe on a theme of cricket. Cricket is a religion in this country which is followed by all. Probably, cricket is only thing in this country which is followed by people of all age groups.

To survive in the food industry or in any industry you should be different and unique. You should find the areas to differentiate yourself from others. In my case my theme is different from others. No one has dared to open a cafe on the theme of cricket. Whenever the big tournament in cricket starts, restaurants and cafes put projector and big screen at their place and telecast it till the tournament ends. They try to fit it in their ambience or theme. While I am going to design my cafe in such a way that people should feel that they are watching a match in the stadium. I am going to create such atmosphere in my cafe.

Not only big tournaments I am going to telecast each and every tournament in my cafe. My cafe will be designed and made like a cricket stadium where not only Indian matches and tournaments but the matches and tournaments of all the cricket playing nations will be shown. Cricket is a source of happiness in this country and happiness multiplies when you share it. Moreover Gujarat is a dry state. So people here search for good food on weekends. Thus the restaurants and cafes are huge hit in this part of the world. Therefore my cafe is going to get good business considering my unique and different theme.

I know I need a lot of money for it but it will be that peppy place which is going to spread happiness.

Magic of Indian Music

Music. It is not just striking the chords on guitar or hitting the sticks on the drums or blowing the air in trumpet or moving the fingers on piano or shouting on mic. It is an art which brings out emotions. It heals deepest of sorrows. It helps to express the feelings. Music is a sound for a dumb and a medicine for an ill. Music works as a bridge between the people of different countries. Music simply creates magic. And the people who creates music are magicians. The musicians are talented artists and they create magic with their hands or their voice.

There are so many types of music. Rock, Jazz, Pop are the few genres which are known worldwide but I think each and every country has its own genre of music. India is a land of classical music. Classical music was born in this country. As India is a land of classical music so it is not like you will find only classical music here. You will find every genre of music but there will be a classical touch in every genre. India is also known for bollywood music and indipop but these two genres are also built on the roots of classical music. Oh! I just disclosed my favourite genres of music. Yes! Bollywood and indipop are my favourite genres in music.

Music industry is pretty well established in India and it is ruled by bollywood music. Other genres (like indipop) & types of music also contributes in it but to an extent only. There are lots of singers, musicians, music directors and bands in this country. They create some awesome music. With their music they bring out all the emotions out of you. They help you to express your love, your grief, your agony, your patriotism, your loneliness etc. The singers in this country touches your soul with their magical voice. While the musicians complements them with their magical music.

Among singers Shankar Mahadevan is my favourite. He is a music director as well. He is the master of classical music. He can sing every type of song. Apart from Shankar Mahadevan, there are singers like Sonu Nigam, Arijit Singh, Mika, Sukhwinder Singh etc. who are equally versatile. Among the music directors there is Amit Trivedi, Pritam, Shankar, Ehsaan, Loy, Salim, Suleiman etc. who brings best out of musicinas and ultimately helps you to express. If I talk about indipop then in that Indian ocean & Euphoria are my favourite bands. They have set the standards of music in indipop. Apart from Indian ocean & Euphoria, There are bands like Pentagram and Ayushmann Bhava who are taking the  indipop music to the next level.

In short Indian music industry is the most varied and vivid music industry in the world. And the kind of magic Indian music creates I don't any other music in the world creates such kind of magic.

Navigation device in Car.

Last year, I decided to drive to Surat to attend my cousin's wedding. Driving distance from Ahmedabad to Surat is 265km. I never drove a car on such a long route before. It was a long route for me because before that I have driven to a distance of 100 kms only. As it was a long route, I wanted to reach there before sunset. Thus I left Ahmedabad at 12:30 in the afternoon. I opted for Ahmedabad - Baroda express way instead of NH-8. I love driving on Ahmedabad - Baroda express way as the flow of heavy loaded trucks on that route is less. It is that kind of a route on which you can drive at the speed of 80 to 100 km/hr. You will hardly find these kind of routes in India where you can drive smoothly at the speed of 80 to 100 km/hr.

I crossed Ahmedabad - Baroda express way in just one and a half hours. After Baroda, I entered into a wide six lane highway accompanied by few heavy loaded trucks. I reduced my speed as the company of trucks was increasing. After driving at the speed of 60 to 70 km/hr for 20 odd minutes on that route, I stopped at one hotel for lunch. As I was having lunch, my cousin called me and informed that a bridge is under construction on that highway near Baruch. He told me that there is a traffic jam near Baruch and advised me to take golden bridge route from Baruch.

After lunch, I started driving again in the company of heavy loaded trucks. After the express way, I was driving on the wider road with the increased flow of commercial vehicles. Thus my average speed fell drastically. As I came near Baruch I saw a 2 km long queue of trucks. So I entered in Baruch city to take the alternate route which was advised by my cousin. As I entered the city, my speed went down to 40 km/hr. Moreover the way to golden bridge was not a straighter one. I never visited Baruch city before. It was completely new area for me. Thus, I needed a navigation device in my car. I started the GPS in my mobile phone and kept it in front of the speedometer as it was difficult to hold it in one hand and drive with another.

Mobile was not staying still on the dashboard. It was falling down again and again. So I put the earphones in my ears and started following the instructions given by the navigator. I reached the golden bridge in half an hour. Then I faced the real trouble. First, there was a huge traffic on the both sides of the bridge. Second, the bridge was so narrow that the two SUVs were not able to cross each other. The trucks were kept away from that bridge that's there was a 2 km long queue of trucks on the highway. It was a test of my driving. It took 45 minutes to cross that bridge. And then another 15 minutes to get on the highway again.

I entered in the Surat city at 6 in the evening. After entering in the city again there was a requirement of navigation device to reach at my cousin's place. At that time my phone's battery was down to 18% and I needed that to attend the calls. I called my cousin to ask the route but I was getting confused due to the flyover on every cross road. Then I started asking people and by doing that I reached at my cousin's place at 7:30 in the evening. It took 7 hours to reach at my cousin's place in Surat. Normally people take 4 hours to reach Surat from Ahmedabad and I took 7 hours. In that journey, I realised the importance of having navigation device in the car. Apart from that, these places were unknown to me that's why it took so much of time.

I stayed there for couple of days and then drove back to Ahmedabad. I reached Ahmedabad in 4 hours. The traffic was much less when I was driving back to Ahmedabad. Moreover my phone's battery was full. So I was using GPS without any hesitation. I fitted the navigation device in my car soon after that journey. It was a great experience.
